Kelsey
Jeffrey and Kelsey Chalko-Mique are credentialed ministers with Assemblies of God and US Missionaries with Chi Alpha Campus Ministries. They are both alumni of San Diego State University with Bachelors in Religious Studies. Kelsey also earned her masters in intercultural counseling at San Diego State University.

They have served on staff with Chi Alpha in San Diego for 5 years. Now they serve campus directors of Chi Alpha Hawaii at the University of Hawaii on the island of Oahu.

In addition to their work with Chi Alpha, Kelsey and Jeffrey also serve as national youth directors for the Filipino American Ethnic Fellowship of the Assemblies of God.

Jeff and Kelsey have been married for over 5 years and have a 1 year old daughter named Maisy. Jeff loves snorkeling and Kelsey loves board games! They love trying new asian food together as a family!

Hailey
Surr and Hailey both grew up in California and went to college at Sacramento State. During college they grew in their faith and their passion for seeing young adults experience healing and freedom in Jesus as they place their identity and trust fully in Him.
Hailey graduated with a Bachelor’s in Child Development. During her time in college she felt called into missions and after graduating served as a full time campus missionary at Sac State for 3 years. She loves hiking, paddle boarding, and spending quality time with friends and family eating good food and having deep conversations with lots of laughter.
Surr graduated with a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies and felt called to give his life to missions. Surr served as a full time campus missionary with Sacramento State Chi Alpha before joining the Hawaii Chi Alpha team. Surr loves trying new food, learning about different cultures, fishing, playing sports, and spending quality time with friends and family.
Surr and Hailey got married in May, 2022 and felt God leading them to to join the Chi Alpha Hawaii team. They are filled with faith to see students know Jesus & are so grateful to have the honor of partnering with what God is doing in the islands of Hawaii.

Jeremy and Debora Anderson have been married for 19 years and are blessed with four incredible children- Aaliah, Ahnalee, Abrayah, and Jeshua.
Since 2004 they have served together in full time ministry and planted thriving ministries on 10 university and college campuses as God graced them with a growing team of missionaries. Their ministry focus is on reaching the lost and equipping the saved to raise up revivalists who will bring heaven to earth from universities to the nations.
In 2015 the Lord expanded the Anderson’s influence to serve over the West Coast Area (CA, NV, AZ, HI) for Chi Alpha. They continue to serve locally in Hawaii while enlisting, equipping, and engaging missionaries from the west coast to the nations.
The experiential discovery of the evangelistic and apostolic graces God has set on their lives has enabled them to effectively equip and send teams of missionaries, who equip and send laborers daily to see the Kingdom of Heaven manifest on their campuses and delivered to the nations.
Jeremy and Debora met in 2001 and were married in June 2004. Their unbridled love for Jesus has yielded the fulfilling reward of joyful commitment and connection to each other in marriage and to each of their four amazing children. They head for the beach often and only visit places with snow when absolutely necessary. Their family shares a diversity of ways that they enjoy time together that include, but are not limited to - daily devotions, reading, hiking, horse riding, anything in the water (SUP-surf-sponge, kayak, jet ski, swim etc), fitness training and photography.
